Tentweni Lagoon Resorts highly not recommended

Good day, Will not recommend Tweni Caravan Resorts We have paid R18000 to stay in the self catering units and when we got there nothing was working ... Aircons was out of order... We had no hot water ,no bath & sink plug, the maintenance guy had to come fix everyday something new.... No warm water in kitchen for dishes , there was a tv but with no plug , remotes without batteries... Empty light boxes for when its load shedding ... We had to buy our own electricty and the unit next to us used our units purchased , no washing line for wet clothes , towls etc. When we told the office lady she said that we should directly speak to maintenance which is unacceptable and we also phoned the owner but still received no response we should continuely ask for the braai area to be cleaned well... The breakage fee is still not paid back and we left on the 30th December '24 and so the list continue

This is really unacceptable. We would not recommend this place at all!
