Shut down camp and now not honouring refund

They closed down their Pilanesburg camp a week before our scheduled holiday, apparently due to maintenance concerns. We were offered a refund which still hasn’t happened nearly a month later. Emails go unanswered, phones cut off without ringing and now seemingly their Facebook page has been taken down.
