Worst Service Ever do not support

My client obtained a quote from Tente van Pretoria on the 04/12/2021, and paid the 70% deposit on the 06/12/2021. After that numerous attempts was made to get the lapa curtains fitted into their house however to date no lapa curtains has been fitted. We have been in contact with the owner Marius and well as his assistant/receptionist Annette. Annette is unprofessional and cannot talk to a client in a decent way. They way she speaks to client is really unprofessional and is causing an even worse name for the company. It has been excuse after excuse. The curtains are supposed to be fitted tomorrow, however when we phoned again this morning we received another excuse. When we confronted her about why she does not let the client's know about the delay she said that she is too busy and did not think about that. She dropped the phone in my ear twice whilst shouting and screaming. They also favor some client's over others, now they say that it will be fitted on Monday, I am sure on Monday the 21st of March 2022 there will be another excuse. We are sick and tired of this unprofessional services and will now proceed to the small claims court.
