ARROGANT MONOPOLY MARKET OWNERS
People, please walk into this shop and tell me you don't feel the thick arrogant vibe of that place? They laugh at you the customer knowing that they are in a in a monopoly market, treating you like a one time deal. I wont recommended supporting this ****.

07 Dec 2021, 08:02It's a pity that customers have this feeling about us, as we always try to put the customer first. We offer a nice range of products and we do our best to have it at a reasonable price. I am sure a lot of our customers can agree that we listen to them and improve our existing product range. There is ways to deal with people and shouting and screaming and swearing at staff is not the way to get a point across. Tentco stands by its product and we are one of the top viewed supplier's that carries spare parts for our range of products. To Mr Van der Merwe as mentioned to him yesterday he is welcome to calmly come talk to us as we can again try to explain the excessive cost of steel in South Africa.

I made a comment about the overcharged item to your clerk and she took it personally, I told her to let you know, it was when I was about to walk out the door when your staff made a ****y comment towards me, that is when I lost my temper and that is when I started shouting and swearing, you have not heard the full story and the very fact that you took your employees side before approaching me was what made me even more furious, that tells me that you don't give a **** about customers you are only in it for the money, I could see how you already made up your mind about how you were going to handle the incident. You charge me R75 for a piece of metal weather it is 1m or 2m, how the hell is that possible? You clearly are overcharging!! You are thieving the customers and on top of that your staff is being ****y about it? MONOPOLY MARKET ARROGANCE!!!!!!!
