Tenic properties is unprofessional

Tenic properties was managing a property of mine in Witbank from August 2019 till September 2020. My rent was paid late every month during this period. I had to call them every new month to enquire as to when I will get my rent. I hardly received my monthly statements from them. Last I received anything that resembles a state was in March 2020 and it lacked credible information.

The most disgusting and deplorable behavior, is what they are currently doing. When the previous tenant moved out end of September, that marked the end of my relationship with tenic properties. A new tenant that another agency (a professional agency) has found for me was to move in the weekend of the 3rd of October. They failed to ensure the place was clean and ready for occupation. The new agent had to get their own cleaning team to get the place ready.

There are damages that they should fix using the deposit, they have not done that. There was an outstanding water bill of R1700 (a result of three months of unpaid water bills and yet they are supposed to be managing the place for me) which was not settled when the previous tenant left.

As of the 10th of October, tenic properties and their manager Samantha Cawood have decide to ignore all my calls and have gone MIA and yet there are all these outstanding items that they still need to address.

I would never use these agents.
