Before the truck could be unloaded, in the presence of the agent, I spoke to the Principal Samantha Cawood and she was to find me another only to be told the next day by the agent Thabang that I must be here for this month whilst he finds another and the whole leasing process will start all over again with the normal deposit and rent and admin cost to be paid upfront.
