Tenetech must fall !!!!

I'm a first student from CPUT and I haven't been able to withdraw my money from Tenetech it keeps showing errors and it's been a month already. When you're calling their landline they don't pickup, I've been sending countless emails with no response and this is now my last hope Do you know the pain of going to bed hungry because you can't access your money? We have upcoming mid exams and how am I suppose to study with an empty stomach because some of us are dependent on NSFAS. I really wish I could get help because I'm really struggling without my allowance. This is my number ***
