Disgusting Service! NB - Students rely on you to be able to eat,buy books, pay accommodation and travel to school YOU ARE FAILING!

I am only rating a start since its the only way to be able to write this review, the Service is revolting, Exhausting and tiring. I have been trying to upload KYC documents and fails each time, emailed, called whatsapped and telegramed with no success its not the 8th and I still can not access my allowance I need to travel to school but no I am penyless while my allowance is seating on their app! why render a service if you dont have capacity? even your mailbox is full so a person cant reach you any where? I have written emails after emails with no assistance what am I supposed to do how is one supposed to reach you?
