Can’t access our accounts

Poor service my this service provider been trying to call them,email them and WhatsApp them but no response call just ring for hours,many of the students can’t access their accounts after changing devices but they can’t even bother to pick up their line🚮we beg for your help hellopeter tomorrow we might receive our allowances but we won’t be able to access them.
