Tends retail Bighting oils are harmful to skin

I bought Brightening oils from Tends Retail and the idea was to use them as our manufacture, however the brightening bulk order of oils that were received were too strong for any skin type. Tried a bottle and some to clients and they all got skin irritation and inflammation. Told the owner (Tends) about it and her conclusion was that there's nothing wrong with the oils and we were making up a story because we just want refund and to return the oils. I would advice anyone to test products sold from a small business sometimes they maybe harmful and it wont be easy to get a refund.
