Horrible experience. I specifically asked for a certain age group. They misled me into believing that my Nanny was within the age group requested and pushed for her to start with us. The id document was subsequently delayed in making it available to us (for obvious reasons). The Nanny that they recommended also peed in my childs bucket that she would use to clean his toys. When trying to get hold of the agency, they refused to respond back. I demand to be refunded the costs incurred for these terrible services.
