Bad service

I ordered products on-line over a week ago and have tried to contact company as to where amd long my order will take ro get to me. I have e-mail, called and face-booked the bisiness and no response. This has put me off buying products on-line. This is extremely nad service and recommend no one buy from this on-line store.
