When I app**** for Bonitas medical aid, the broker told me that my chronic medication would be paid during my 3 month waiting period but did not tell me that I needed to apply for this by sending my script to them for approval. When it failed the first month, they said they would sort out that it would go off this month; again, it did not. Now they have stories that I first need to apply and now the broker Anele Ndlovu is not even answering my mail. Now I hade to pay cash again that will not be refunded because Bonitas says I have to speak to the broker.
