Middle-Man Red Tape

Very unreliable and unresponsive. Unfortunately, you cannot apply directly to Bonitas. Whether you apply online, or call, it will take you straight to TendaHealth. Then you have to pull teeth to get any feedback from them.

Sent through application last week. Contacted Bonitas after no response, and they advised that Chi Diphoko contacted me, which he didn't. He only rep**** the next day advising that they are reviewing my application. I'm still waiting. I called Bonitas, and was transferred to TendaHealth. Asked if someone else can take over my application. Person I spoke to said they cannot assist another agent's client, then was told that the manager needs to contact me, then he/she will speak to the agent, then, then ,then.... pillar to post.
