Chronic Illness

I called December 2022 for a medical aid of Bonitas which I was interested in and call answered by Lungelo Mbatha from Tenda Health. We talked on the phone about which fund I was looking at and sent an email with all my chronic illnesses. Last week my GP sought hospital admission authorisation and was rejected bacause I have not been covered for diabetes for a year and accoring to Bonitas I have not disclosed all my chronic conditions. I also feel that more specific indications should be given as to what the 12 month excluslion from the fund is. I have send Bonitas and Lungelo Mbatha the email which I have send to him with all listed. I feel that this service is pathetic
