Appalling Service. A waste of time

I'm not sure why Bonitas hired them because the level of service is appalling. I've been trying to apply for Bonitas Medical aid for 2 people and thinking of switching my medical aid over since December, it's now March and the application is not complete due to Tenda Health not offering assistance.
