Poor service!!!

Mohammed the booking manager promised us when we booked that He would arrange for our bags to kept in safe area while we wait for our room to be ready!. We arrived at the apartment at 06:00am and the receptionist told us to wait on a two seater couch the 5 of us. We called He said He can't help until the guests checkout. Now it's 10 am .. when we called He starts to try make arrangement. It's turns out there is a room that needs is available where we can freshion up. This could have been done at 06:00
