Assistance to a nightmare

Hi I've recently taken a loan 500 tadfin it's my 2nd time experiencing this from they that's y decided to write hoping for assistance how isit they pay you now and debit the 1st installment same time was only supposed to b 2 debits now 345 witch was when I received i and now as was paid last week that was 2nd debit all is well now I receive a msg of outstanding balance whe. I try to call back 4 times already person is busy now as I just spoke to them 15 minutes ago now can't get hold of them witch is wat happend the last time was told billing issue will b rectified and will receive a call to date my question is how is all this normal you go to ppl requiring they assistance bt now you being left more into to debts cause if you don't follow up I don't kno please can somebody direct in the right part was just in adifficul corner kind regards omar
