I would like to express my deepest anger and disappointment with this estate group after taking me and my wife's deposit on the 13th September 2019 of R7650 for a property after the landlord pulled out we where promised to get our deposit paid back in full after 3 days still no payment was made upon emailing and calling the offices we get the run around when trying to contact the owner Nelly AKA Gloria Sisilana she keeps on switching off her phone and we left a couple of voicemails. When calling the office the branch manager Patricia Dzenga threw the phone down in my ear while i was talking to her no correspondence in this regard or any seriousness on this matter i would definitely not recommend this agency to anyone PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE USING THEM TO SOURCE A PROPERTY.
