NON SUPPLIER AS PER CONTRACT

On the 20th May 2015 a contract was signed by myself and Tenacity Capital Group.<br> The company took R14500.00 from me and in contract states that they would install software, put up booster as Internet Signal is to weak and supply my wife with training to trade on the JSE.<br> On Friday 22nd May a lady from the office phoned and an appointment was made for the 25th May at 11am for a gentleman by the name of Marius from the JSE to come and set up and supply training. He phoned at 11.20am and said that do not come out, it is done over the phone (Not according to contract) Myself and my wife have made several calls to the company. Spoke to a Jaqueline and Anja, they are still coming back to us. We have sent several sms messages to Michael Rathbone the consultant that sold us the contract no response. Several calls made to him, left voice messages. No response. 4 emails have been sent. No response. The switchboard operator Harold will not give us the name of any managers and will not give us another email address<br> I personally think that this is a ****. They have taken my money and given us no service or backup whatsoever.
