Bad service at dunns

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>its the second time i bought shoes from dunns and they break or tear within the first or second week????!!!!</p> <p>So i went to the store and showed her the shoes and she said its a sales item they dont exchange or refund sales items?????????????????????</p> <p>I phone headoffice, i phoned customer care and so on still no help</p> <p>I will be closing my account as soon as im paid up</p>
