MR ZANDER GROBLER - AVOID - from a long-standing client

After hosting our website for eight years, Mr Zander Grobler’s company shut down our website without notice, saying that we had to pay for the creation of a new website from scratch (re-quoted at full cost minus an marginal discount), as the current website was “old”, and the platform it was running on was outdated.

He ignored our emails and phone calls for months beforehand regarding updating the platform, until it was too late to update the platform (which is still valid), and our online business was forced to shut down for several months due to their negligence.

One of the reasons he could not take one of our calls was that he had a big client contract to attend to. Throughout our business dealings, they have been very hard to contact for any reason.

We have since left this company’s services, but they have not cancelled the stop order to our account despite numerous requests over several months, which are just ignored.

Once they have your money, they don’t care about you as a client, and will lead your business to disaster in the end.
