Ten of cups - ****************

I have known Eddie - the owner of Ten of Cups since school. I have been dealing with the company from the first day it opened it's doors. Today was my last. I had a R 120 000.00 order delivered at Oak Valley for the past Wines2Whales. Twice my ovens broke and had to be replaced. I was cooking for 1700 guests. All shortages was signed off on departure for their truck. The invoice I received was completely different to what we signed out. My total refund required is more than R 10 000.0 (excluding compensation for broken ovens)which they simply refuse to do or discuss this. I have never rented from them without a hiccup or broken items delivered. They don't pay back deposits nor do the compensate for ruining events due to old and poor equipment. Truly a bad reputation in the industry! Beware. You are paying for frustration and broken equipment., If I could rate half a star I would.
