Ten flags Theme park bad service

I visited ten Flag theme park on Saturday I swiped my card transaction showed declined but went out of my bank account I payed cash of the same amount so they allow me in we agreed that if I don't get notification of transaction back to my account they will refund me I waited for more than 5hrs the money never came back to me as they had a problem with network they still failed to refund me I manage to call Capitec they assisted me to reverse that money same day quess what the same transaction went out of my account again on Monday morning and now the bank can't reverse it since it's been cashed out by ten flags I have been trying to communicate with them on what's app they are busy ignoring me they requested a prove which I gave them now I'm asking for a manager contact they are failing to provide me this place is a disaster I won't advise anyone to go there service is very bad they don't allow food inside but they will tell you they stopped to take food order
