Ten flags - An oversold disappointment.

What a disappointment? I went to 10 flags yesterday and to say I was annoyed is an understatement. It’s 2021 how are you not using technology to register people who enter? You literally wait for the cashier to write down for you on a receipt which rides you will do and then you need to go around with that paper whilst they mark each item. You’d think that’s the worst but it gets worse. Quad bikes only 3 work, there is no waiting station or an actual system. The workers dont wear uniform so you not even sure who is who. Their bumper cars? A joke lol. Shooting range also a joke. Worse you cant even ask for a refund even though there are 30 of you waiting for a chance to get on 3 quad bikes which is silly. The establishment is not well kept at all and seems like the only area they giving attention to is the club or whatever that area is where they sell alcohol. The shops also another joke. Waiting for a person to write down sprite on a receipt lol before giving it to you, are you guys serious? Please maan do better. You had a great idea but seems like you are dropping the ball on maintenance and upgrading or you just concentrating of the adult section. Decide if you want to be kids friendly or you are there for adult entertainment.
