STAY AWAY FROM TEN FLAGS THEME PARK IN RUSTENBURG

Horrifying..... Please avoid it at all costs – you will be wasting your time and money.

Premises : Not as advertised on website that has recently been shut Down. The layout is very unpractical & unsafe for adults, Let alone your children. Equipment on ride / activity: Not up to standard and not being sanitized after previous group used it. No water in-between events (Had to request water a few times). No aircons in overheating buildings. As the day went on, most of the activities needed to be cancelled due to go karts, quad bikes, ten pin blowing, laser tag, etc. broking down. Staff : Rude, giving you attitude and not very helpful. Food : Lunch was served 45min late. No knifes where provided to cut the tough minute steaks with. We had to eat with our hands – very inconvenient when you have chicken, steak, salads & pap to consume. Website : No website available. On Facebook you can’t leave any comments, therefore you need to do a google review or Hellopeter.

Recommendation to park owner - Upgrade your go carts & equipment. Finish your venue and train your staff properly. Don't make promises to clients you cant keep.
