Bad Business

I came out of our complex this afternoon. There was a colorful vehicle that stopped in a way that it would be difficult to get around the circle. I was driving slower, aiming to get through when the vechile (Bakkie Number plate (HXV 210 NW), Time (12H33), Date (12-Jan-2022), just drove, looking and just picking up his hand for a, ooooo sorry). Realy? He did not care at all, stopping in the middle of a driving road with no hazards on? Do you people have licences? Please, train them..

I went onto Ten Flags website today, it is not working yet, and nowhere I can place a proper complaint. This is bad business guys.
