You will regret doing business with Temu

I ordered a chair from Temu. When it arrived it was much smaller than advertised. They gave instructions on how to return it however they don't reply to emails requesting pick up. I even had it delivered to their address but they returned it to me. When I email they ignore me and when I phone and press 5 to speak to a real agent, it just loops and repeats the options. When I select a different option it say Bye and hangs up. I think their returns process is just there for appearances. I won't be doing business with Temu ever again and I advise anyone consider their "low prices" to consider the price you'll really pay for their false advertising and time and money spend trying in vain to return the item.
