Worst company to ever deal with. Pathetic!!!!

I ordered and paid for a product, that clearly stated it was available and being packed last night. This morning I received a message from a robot, I don't it was a person, saying that this item can not be delivered. I went back onto their site and they have multiple of the same item available to purchase. I have never had such non existent service before. I bought this item as a gift and it was expensive. O ly to now be told if can not be delivered. This is ridiculous and unacceptable!!! Someone, a real person needs to co tact me, and apologize for this pathetic way of dealing with a paying client. Also get this product to me by the 31st as the order confirmation promised! I await your call.
