Will NEVER EVER BUY FROM TEMU AGAIN!!

I ordered 3 items from Temu on 29/12/2025. I have ordered before and never had a problem until now. Amongst the 3 items is a dress my wife wants to wear for Xmas. This has still not been delivered. All Temu online agents say is contact GFS couriers company and when you do their line just goes to a voicemail explaining that their consultants are all busy and they not able to take my call. It’s the 22nd of December and still no dress or the two watches I’ve ordered. The Temu consultants just say the same thing about I ticket that’s been raised on the 19th by a woman called Hannah…and now just want to offer refunds!’ I do NOT want a refund TEMU! I want the stuff I ordered way in advance. How you get the stuff to me is not my business. I paid for the stuff including customs was paid for so where is my stuff!! The GFS COURIERS is the worst!! I dealt with Buffalo Couriers and never ever had a problem before! They just keep saying my package is out for delivery and it just never arrives!!! It’s almost Xmas and now my wife has to be disappointed like this??!’ Very very bad service!! I will not leave it like this! I will take matters further if not delivered by 23/12/2025. Unhappy customer
