Waiting for Temu products ordered online since January 2026
My first review of Temu was removed on the 06/03/2026, writing a new review. My wife ordered Temu products online on the 08/01/2026. Payment of R2760 was made, expected delivery date 12/02/2026, correct delivery address was given. Custom fee of R381.63 was paid on the 31/01/2026. Received an email from Temu claiming that the products WAS DELIVERED ON THE 12/02/2026 @ 10h59 at the correct address given. No products was received on the 12/02/2026 @ 10h59...! Who signed for the received products that was delivered? No answers received from Temu regarding this matter! Multiple telephonic phone calls made and emails was sent regarding this matter, still waiting for a response! Temu email received stating "Flight departure - HONGKONG on the 02/03/2026 @ 09h27 Waiting for customs clearance: D&T payment on the 02/03/2026....? What are the products ordered online on the 08/01/2026 doing in HongKong...? And why must we pay another customs fee that was already paid on the 31/01/2026....? This is ridiculous, waiting for my wife's online order since January 2026.... delivered on the 12/02/26, but now the products are in HongKong?

Why are Hellopeter stating that only one review per business/issue is permitted, but both my reviews was removed? So technically i have no review of Temu on the website because both was removed?
So technically i am not allowed to review Temu for products ordered and paid for online, that i never received?
