Useless Temu
We ordered from Temu last month. Got charged taxes the very next day. Tracked our parcel up to Nelspruit, now no one knows where the parcel is! It was out for delivery, however never made it to us. Was supposedly returned to the warehouse, which no one also knows where that is, and we have been trying to get hold of anyone that can tell us where our parcel is for the past 7 days. I finally got hold or an agent at Buffalo, which told me she will not tolerate my attitude because I asked her to give me an exact date of when we can expect delivery. She put the phone down in my ear. Now, i cannot get hold of anyone at Buffalo anymore.
