Refund ID: TP-***-p01 Ticket ID: *** My TymeBank deadline to submit the 23-digit ARN is TODAY 22 April 2026 or I lose the money permanently. I gave Temu a final deadline of 11:00 SAST 22 April. They missed it. The agent rep**** “I have notified our team” instead of providing the ARN. This violates Visa Operating Regulations and Consumer Protection Act Section 26. Temu is deliberately withholding transaction details for a failed refund. I have screenshots of the refund, ticket, and refusal. I need the 23-digit ARN sent immediately.
