Unhappy Temu Customer Due to bad courier service
I've ordered goods previously from Temu and all went well recently I've ordered goods again on the 27 December 2025 and the problem is with GFS Express. I called these guys over 9 times and it just goes on voicemail. Temu has the wrong courier company and therefore i wont be buying from Temu in future. 3 working days have passed and i haven't received any update about my parcel. Sorry i wont tolerate this kind of service I've paid for my goods well in advance also paid for my custom duties and vat the problem lies with GFS Express.

06 Jan 2026, 17:03Temu service and delivery is at the lowest right now. Pathetic delivery service and GFS Express doesn't care about Temu clients. With regret i wont be purchasing from Temu anymore. I regret dealing with Temu due to its terrible courier service.
