Unhappy customer. No after sales customer support.

I bought items in October 2025 and was not happy/with the quality , i returned them till today i have not yet received ny money back. What frustrate me the most is that there is no way of communicating with the company. There have a whattsup group but they do not respond back to their customers complaints or maybe its only me. Please help.
