TEMU'S NON EXISTING SERVICE!

TEMU customer service is SHOCKING! Non existent to say the least. I ordered a Heavy duty tool box and paid for the duties, and the only thing that was delivered was a a packet of stickers. I responded on their website that the tool box was NOT delivered, and told to check with the couriers who referred me back constantly back to TEMU! All attempts to find a human being to speak too at TEMU customer service failed miserably, and i was AGAIN .. sent a packet of stickers which i had to pay duties on!! Absolutely disgusting that they had no recall from all my complaints. I am extremely appalled at their shocking service!!
