Temu's incompetence

Temu's incompetency cost me. This was my first purchase with Temu and a last one. My package some items weren't delivered, used their quick messaging via email which I find it effective now issue is I had already paid custom fees for the order which I assumed had all items I had purchased now having to do a re-shipment of" missing items" I had to pay another custom fee, I find this ridiculous and very inconsiderate of their customers. It is their fault that not all items were included in first package,now having to go through frustrations of all plus my money not pleased, not pleased at all.
