Temu unassessed taxation
I have ordered salt grinders costing R110.00 in total from Temu but am now advised by Buffaloex that I owe an unassessed R54.75 in import duty and taxes. Although our government fails to clarify on "de minimis " tariffs and various assessments are done I will only pay on a proper assessment but Temu refuses. Temu No R404 R90.50 22% Temu No R553 R118.00 21% Temu No R1,096 R165.50 15% Temu No R411 R45.04 11%
