Temu shipping Vat costing 75% Taxes because of Temu splitting orders
Temu split my orders into multiple orders making me pay multiple Vat Duty Tax. One item (a baby grow) from a big order of 18 items got shipped seperately. This one baby grow costs h R149 on its own by temu. I am being charged R90 Vat dutt taxes for this one baby grow. that is 75% VAT TAX!!
My order has been split into 5 seperate orders and i am paying more than 50% to 75% taxes.
And Temu promises that this wont affect delivery however it does.!!!
They are useless. Rather go and support a small local business as you will end up payint more on Temu then with a local business

10 Sept 2025, 19:32No tyou sent my order in 3 different packages resulting in massive tarif fees. If you sent them all together it would have been much less.
1 x Item got sent seperately. the item itself was R140.00 i paid R90 tarif fees! if you sent it all together it would have been less. The problem was NOT the border taxes it was TEMU!
