Temu sells broken stuff. Bad customer service.

Temu selling broken and damaged items. I've sent them pictures of the damaged items including my Parcel tag that was damaged and written in PEN for some reason. The only thing they tell me is i should send back so they can inspect. I'm not interested in inspection. I'm interested in them providing a refund/compensation or solution since i waited so long for my parcel anyways. Their customer support sucks big time.
