Temu refuses to rectify their mistake!
I ordered mattress toppers from Temu and had to send them back 3 times because the descriptions on the website was wrong. Temu has refunded the amount I paid every time, but refuse to pay back all the money that I have had to pay for VAT and import duties. I have spoken to Temu numerous times about this, via the app, and sent them evidence of all the duties I had to pay because of their inaccurate descriptions on their website, but they refuse to even give me a credit for the amount. It is unacceptable that their mistakes cost me so much money!!!
