TEMU promotional rules not what it says.

TEMU - Watch Out For The Promotional Items I really do not even want to give this 1 star. I have supported Temu before. I participated in one of their R1 promotions the other day. I selected 5 items and was told to buy for an certain amount . This I did and the next thing, I was told on the screen to buy for R375.00. Just to make sure I don't mess things up, I bought items for R385.00! Then I received another screen that told me that I have to spend another R375.00!! I contacted their support and of course was met with countless apologies and a R40 credit offer! This is to say the least insulting, given the amount I had spend. I was told that in lieu of the high priced items in this promotion, the rules are very complexed! Well, if the rules are so complexed, then why does Temu not clarify these rules, before a person spend over a thousand rand, just to have the rug pulled out from underneath you?

With all these false promo's, I have 4 different shipments on their way. As soon as they arrive, I am deleting the app and will never use Temu again.
