Temu processes not working
Do not buy from Temu, processes does not work I urge everybody to read this very carefully before you consider to buy online from Temu. I have lost the amount of R3238 ordering a gazebo from Temu, done the payment only to receive an email, that the order was cancel due to non payment, whilst I have proof that the amount was taken of my account.
The amount of money was paid to a company Depansum PTY Ltd having a Nedbank Account, that act as a clearing agent in South Africa for Temu.
Somehow it seems the process of ordering and payment broke down, leaving me at a lost, with no process nor contact numbers to resolve the issue. I am now paying my bank in order to recover the money if possible.
Temu paying processes, Depansum Pty Ltd (India affiliation) acting as the clearing agent in South Africa, Nedbank opening an account for a clearing agent, whilst the business is directly in competition with the products of Nedbank.
