TEMU POOR SERVICE

Worst customer support ever! Placed a order 25 November 2025 6 orders Christmas presents etc. I kept looking for progress on my packages but from the 4th of December it was located at received airport after a week I asked they opened a ticket to expedite the orders. This week still nothing I talked to te customer service because I'm not going to have Christmas present for my grand children. They paid me back but I must wait until January mabe 14th for them to pay in my bank. I don't have money to buy new presents and no package. They asked over R600 tax but nobody is paying that back it was already cleared. Is this fair? My Christmas is a disaster no presents for my Grandkids and no money to try to buy again. I'm so upset and disappointed in temu. Please people don't buy from them from November to end January before you sit with the same heartache and no presents for kids or grandkids. Really poor service!!!!!💔
