TEMU ORDERS.

I ordered clothing/shoes from Temu. It was my second time I deal with them. When I was finished with order, ready to settle my order, I move on to "check out" I wanted to check if all orders are correct, when Temu suddenly deduct the whole amount from my bank account, R4142-00. I tried to go back to orders again to cancel items I dont want, but Temu deduct another R320 from my bank account, TOTAL 4462-00.

It's now two months, from beginning November, I'm trying to get my money back, but with no success.

They offered me many specials for R1 as a gift, but no money back. And no goods received.

I can just warn customers, be very careful when order a second time from Temu. Once they got your bankdetails on record, they deduct money very easy from your bank account.
