TEMU must change Buffalo Logistics as the company they use for collections of returns on online purchased items.

I am sick & tired of Bufallo Logistics' extremely poor service that I am now encountering for the second time with a Driver called Katlego and his phone number: *** who is always impatient when he comes to collect the items I initiated returns for on TEMU, whereby he always comes to my place and leave without collecting the items I need to urgently return so I can get my refund as soon as possible but he would just become impatient when he's supposed to allow me to make necessary arrangements for the items as he always come when I already left for work and I have to leave items behind with people he always becomes impatient with and end up not collecting them items and this affects both my return window with TEMU and the amount of time it is going to take for my refund to be processed. TEMU must stop working with this stup*d and *********** company together with it's *********** drivers like Katlego and I will NEVER ever deal with this company again and eventually TEMU if this continues with TEMU and it's other Logistics companies.
