Temu is Playing Tricks on Customers

I saw an ad on Facebook claiming I could receive a set of suitcases for free. It said I had to spin and would get two more items for free, and to receive them, I just needed to buy items worth R360 within an hour. I did exactly that, but when I checked my order, only the items I paid for appeared — not the free items. This is not the first time this has happened. Previously, I was “selected” for free items, placed an order to release them, and when my delivery arrived, the free items were missing. I thought maybe I made a mistake back then — but now it’s happening again. I have cancelled this order. Temu, please stop playing with customers’ feelings. I will no longer order from you. I will watch closely to see if my refund is processed back into my account.

Reviewer Update
I went to Temu app to explain what happened. Guess what? They offered R40 off instead of explaining why they trick customers about free claim ads. They couldn't resolve my issue. I just want to warn everyone not to fall in that so called free claim ads trick. They just want you to make an oder and you will not receive your free items. I am very disappointed because this is happening twice to me. Be careful when making orders with Temu.
