Temu has unreliable service delivery!

I'm so upset writing this. I received my order that had 6 items. Didn't like the style/fit of 3 items so I scheduled a combined return. Buffalo Logistics picked it up on Monday 11 Aug 2025 and today morning (14 Aug 2025) I receive an email that I've only been refunded one item and the other 2 denied because apparently the items are not in the package. Surprised, I contact Temu's agents and request a claim. Long story short, the response is still the same. So I don't get to have the items, neither do I get a refund. Which means I'm just donating R262 to Temu??? I'm suspecting the staff members or courier that one of them took the items for themselves. I'm appalled at the dishonesty!!! The nerve of one of the agents to even say "if the items are still in your possession please return them for a refund". They're gaslighting me, imagine.
