Temu Failed by Speedaf/Meili
Temu is fine in most respects. It is their designated logistics suppliers, Speedaf, that lets them down. Speedaf notified me that a package had been delivered on Sunday. This was not the case as there was nobody at home who could have given them access. I also did not receive a call from the courier company. I tried to contact Speedaf - only option is to leave a message.
Today, Tuesday, my **** found the original packaging from Temu in the bushes outside our gate - ripped open, items gone. On the label was a **** version of my signature. Looks like Speedaf didnt feel like phoning and just put the package near the fence from where someone stole it.
Temu offered to refund but refused to contact Speedaf. I have paid duties of about 40% of the package so I will be out that amount at a minimum. Speedaf has still not responded as their contact number only allows one to leave a message (despite the option to speak to a person)
I will have to reverse payment to Speedaf/Meili. All these negative outcomes because Temu uses such a poor logistics supplier
