Temu Denying Refund for Items That WERE Returned — No Feedback Given

I am extremely disappointed with Temu’s handling of my recent return.

I returned several silicone molds together in one bag inside my return parcel. Temu refunded a few items from that same bag, yet claimed that the other silicone molds “were not included” — which is simply impossible. If some of the items in the bag were refunded, then clearly the entire bag was received.

It is clear that the person who processed my return did not properly check each item, and as a result, Temu is now denying my refund for products that I did return.

I contacted Temu support and explained the situation clearly, but I have received no further feedback or resolution. This lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable.

I trusted Temu with my purchase, and I followed the return process exactly as required. I expect Temu to correct this error, provide the refunds owed, and improve their quality control when handling customer returns.

Temu, please resolve this urgently.
